Joe has been an active real estate agent and Investor in South Florida since 1990. Within a few years of being in the business, to add to his list of credits, he obtained his mortgage broker license. Joe works extensively in the foreclosure market, which includes commercial and residential properties, as well as the construction of single family homes. He has actively managed hundreds of properties, from bookkeeping and collections to maintenance and repairs. His knowledge of the mortgage and real estate market has been a key factor in his success as both an agent and a real estate investor. Joe continues to educate himself in every aspect of real estate and mortgages, to keep up with the ever changing market. His real estate and mortgage knowledge have been true assets in fulfilling his goal of sincerely helping many people achieve the "American Dream." Joe is an integral part of acquisitions and pricing, and is Director of Marketing. Through Wholesale Realty Exchange, he hopes to bring the "American Dream" to as many people as possible.
James is one of the founders of Wholesale Realty Exchange. He has been buying, building and wholesaling properties for 23 years, mainly in Broward County since 1987. James has been involved in over 1000 transactions and was born in Chicago, and moved to Pompano Beach, FL in 1969. He has been faced with all aspects involved with the acquisition and or sale of Real-estate. When he started in the business back in 1987, as fate would have it, he walked into office of a now dear friend, Joe Berg, to rent a home and asked "How do I make money in real-estate?" He recalls seeing a newspaper clipping on Joe's wall with an article from Tom Voo, the real-estate guru, explaining how to get rich thru real-estate. He told Joe, "I want to do that." At the time he was considered what they call a "newbie" in the business, but Joe gave him a chance. James worked for Joe Berg fixing up homes and Joe showed him the ropes, from buying, fixing and of course selling. Through this James realized that this was his calling and Joe called him a natural in the business with an "eye for the deal" and the ability to fix homes himself if need be, patience to deal with the buyers, and the energy to see a deal through, working through all problems that may arise.
James' father, Bob Lowe, was the president of the Board of Realtors and is the owner of Lowes International Realty Group in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Bob has given him extensive knowledge in the art of the transaction and most importantly, making sure you leave money in the deal for the next guy. James' motto is, to provide property's to our buyers at a real wholesale prices so they come back for more. James' main job at Wholesale Realty Exchange is Director of Acquisitions and overseeing pricing.
